For years, I believed migraines were simply something I had to live with.
My journey began in 2016 during my junior year of college when constant migraines started disrupting my daily life. What began as occasional headaches quickly became debilitating episodes that affected my ability to function, work, and enjoy life. I spent years visiting doctors, specialists, and undergoing countless tests searching for answers.
My mom and I noticed a pattern early on—the migraines became significantly worse before my menstrual cycle. Yet every time I brought this up to medical professionals, I was told I was "too young" for hormonal issues. I tried different approaches, including changing birth control, but nothing provided lasting relief. Instead, I learned to avoid triggers and simply hoped the next migraine wouldn't be as bad as the last.
Years Of Searching For Answers
By 2020, my symptoms had become even more challenging.
I tried everything I could think of—specialists, chiropractors, supplements, social media trends, alternative therapies, and countless recommendations from well-meaning friends and family. Like so many people struggling with chronic health challenges, I felt unheard, frustrated, and exhausted.
Then came 2024.
I experienced a migraine that lasted more than nine months. Every day felt like survival mode. I worked demanding 8–12 hour days during the week and spent most weekends sleeping and recovering. I relied heavily on caffeine and pre-workout supplements just to function. I missed events, canceled plans, and watched life pass by while trying to manage constant pain.
Even after losing my job, the migraines remained. At that point, I knew something had to change.

The Turning Pont
In September 2024, a friend invited me to a free webinar about hormone-supportive wellness products.
As I listened to stories from people who had experienced improvements in migraines and overall wellness through supporting their bodies differently, I found myself asking a simple question:
"What if there is another approach I haven't tried yet?"
At that stage, I was willing to try anything that didn't involve another medication.
I began a new routine focused on hydration, detoxification support, and targeted morning and evening supplementation. Within one week, the migraine I had been battling for nine months began to disappear.
I also learned how some of my daily habits may have been working against me. Starting each day with caffeine before food and hydration was leaving me stressed, depleted, and running on empty. By simplifying my routine and giving my body the support it needed, everything began to shift.

Why I Share This Today
Since October 2024, my life has changed dramatically.
My sleep has improved. I've significantly reduced my caffeine intake. My migraine days have gone from daily occurrences to only occasional experiences. My menstrual cycles are no longer painful or excessively long, and I no longer live in constant fear of having to cancel plans or miss important moments.
The Hugh & Grace products I use became a major part of that transformation. Combined with other lifestyle changes, they helped me create a wellness routine that finally worked for my body.
Today, I share my story because I know what it feels like to be frustrated, exhausted, and searching for answers. While I'm not a medical professional and I'm not giving medical advice, I am passionate about sharing what has worked for me and many others in our community.
If you're curious about the products, have questions about my journey, or simply want to connect, I'd love to hear from you.
